Thank you for visiting the website of one of the top Fraternities at the University of Washington. With our two man rooms, swimming pool, workout room/sauna, wireless Internet, cable television to each room and ongoing commitment to maintain a state of the art facility, our House offers you many of the luxuries of home.
As important is our food. We work hand in hand with our cook to ensure we eat nutritional meals yet have the opportunity to input into the menus. Our daily salad bar, all you eat lunch and dinners are just a few additional reasons to make Delta Chi your home away from home.

We are located on the corner of 19th and 47th. Our chapter has over a 100 year history that has been updated with modern amenities, resulting in a living situation that is both spacious and functional. We pride ourselves of not have a sleeping porch.
At Delta Chi we have a strong academic program with defined study hours balanced with a fantastic social and successful sport intramural teams. In addition, we are focused on giving back to the community and volunteer hundreds of hours each quarter.
Our House also features hardwood floors, formal living room, pianos for the musically inclined, billiards table, study room, laundry room, a weight room complete with weights an a treadmill and the biggest back yard in the Greek System. Our heated pool and sundeck offers a great relaxing point after a long day of attending class.
At Delta Chi we recognize the importance to maintain an environment where men can look forward to spending four years of their college life. Each year, we dedicate significant resources to obtain sign a pledge class that will integrate with our existing brothers. Because we are solid financially, we do not place numbers as the top priority. More importantly, we spend adequate time with those interested to ensure their character meets the requirements of becoming a Delta Chi.

Scholarship Program
Striving for academic achievement is the first expectation of the members of Delta Chi. Academic success plays a crucial part in the task of securing a successful future. In order to encourage and recognize hard work and successes in our members studies, we have established award programs and incentives for our members. Scholarships are available and awarded to all members in the house for meeting certain GPA requirements with a cumulative or quarterly GPA. Delta Chi has over $5,000 a quarter available for these awards.

3.9-4.0 $500

Recruitment Scholarship Program
We have also created a Recruitment scholarship program specifically for freshman entering the house. Not only does the program recognize and award one freshmen with a $1,000 scholarship for having the highest GPA in his pledge class, it also provides $2,000 a quarter for students who show through their work strong progress and improvement.
